· Experience in testing Duck Creek Billing software, including creating test cases, executing test scripts, reporting defects, and verifying fixes.
· Knowledge of the Duck Creek Billing functionality, such as bill plans, payment methods, agency commissions, delinquency processing, and integrations with other Duck Creek products and external systems.
· Ability to use the Duck Creek Test Automation Center, which is a platform for building automated test scripts for Duck Creek software.
· Familiarity with the P&C insurance industry and its terminology, regulations, and best practices.
· Proficiency in using various testing tools and methodologies, such as manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills.
· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
