Job Summary:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing support role or a related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Understanding of CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities:
- Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates while managing the HubSpot CRM system
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data
and processing sales in a timely manner
- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and product launches.
- Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional items.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Assist in the development of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Compile and analyse data to provide insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendee coordination.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports etc.
