Job Summary:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing support role or a related position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Understanding of CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position in Tampa (Florida)
  • Office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings.

  • Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates while managing the HubSpot CRM system
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
  • Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional items.
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Compile and analyse data to provide insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendee coordination.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports etc.
