Job Experience: 10-15 years

Job Location: Hyderabad/ Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Strong experience with Policy Administration Systems or Billing system on Duck Creek.
• Hands-on experience with multiple LOBs (e.g., Property, Workers Compensation, Auto).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, ACII) are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and implement enterprise solutions
• Develop detailed documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT.
• Oversee the design, testing and implementation of new systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts.
