Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Strong experience with Policy Administration Systems or Billing system on Duck Creek.
- Hands-on experience with multiple LOBs (e.g., Property, Workers Compensation, Auto).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, ACII) are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and implement enterprise solutions
- Develop detailed documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT.
- Oversee the design, testing and implementation of new systems.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts.
