· 5+ years of Professional Experience as a MSSQL Developer or Database Developer.

· Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

· Strong expertise in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing.

· Knowledge or experience in Duck Creek Data Insights.

· Experience with ETL Processes (SSIS) and data integration techniques.

· Experience with Power BI or SSRS.

· Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.

· Hands-on experience with one or more relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers is a plus.
