We are looking for a very strong candidate on the business side. Someone who has a very strong work ethic and who will work with us. Strong Property & Casualty insurance industry experience on Duck Creek Policy required.

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on Duck Creek Policy Administration system.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of MPL and Worker Compensation insurance products, processes, and regulations.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Duck Creek Policy Administration system.

• Familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and claims processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.

• Experience in test planning and execution, including creating test cases and conducting system testing.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certifications in Duck Creek Policy Administration system or insurance industry (e.g., ACORD) would be a plus.

• Understand the Personal lines and commercial lines product. 

• Strong understanding of rating and strong experience on building raters.

• Does requirements/documentation/reporting. Data Gathering, Testing. 

• Thought leadership in understanding our internal business tools that we are developing and providing feedback and enhancing the idea to the next level of efficiency.

• Business -Technical Liaison for all major clients of Aggne.
